Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with writers, editors, and sound engineers to create high-quality video promos for growth of shows
– Analyze promo performance data and use insights to develop creative strategies tailored to each show.
– Take ownership of live-action video success, ensuring continuous production of high-quality assets within performance marketing budgets.
– Provide creative direction and feedback to junior producers and freelancers as needed.
– Stay updated on trends and integrate them into promotional content effectively.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating video content for social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and storytelling experiences through video.
Experience in creating fictional videos and running YouTube channels is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Passion for video content and deep understanding of audience preferences and behavior on social media.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating video content for social media platforms.
