-Monitor content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in media communications or and related field
Ideal candidate would be a person who has Creatively worked on Brand Solutions.
10+ years’ relevant work experience in long-form fiction writing.
Proven experience in content creation, with a focus on long-form fiction writing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with the content algorithm of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Creative thinker with a keen understanding of storytelling techniques.
